CO-OWNERSHIP CHARGES
As owner of a plot of our aerodrome, you have access to all the activities of the residence (private reinforced runway, indoor swimming pool, sauna, tennis court, boules court) but also to the maintenance services (maintenance which even includes mowing your lawn) so that you can devote yourself fully to your well-being.
Nowadays, the co-ownership charges are €140* per month, all included.
